The basic tenet of a Responsible Business is that all those working for the company, whatever their position within the company, have a personal responsibility to ensure their decisions and behaviour align with the company's Code of Ethics and corporate values.

We must all take personal responsibility for our actions

We, throughout this website, encourage people to accept their personal responsibility to help make their company a responsible business which focuses equally on people and planet issues as well as making an ethical profit where:

There is a culture where people return home from work happy and healthy to enjoy life outside of the workplace. Likewise, they then return to work full of joy, enthusiasm and purpose.
Fairly paid jobs, psychological safety and good governance prevail and where mental, physical and financial health are prioritised.
People treat themselves, colleagues, customers, the environment and other stakeholders fairly and with respect, compassion and love.

Everyone makes decisions, both personal and corporate, that accord with the Company’s Values and Code of Ethics.
Climate sustainability issues become engrained in decision-making throughout the organisation including the supply chain and other stakeholders with the Company striving to affect positive change wherever it has influence and can create positive impact.
Everyone endeavours never to do anything illegal or unethical nor ask a colleague to do anything illegal or unethical and encourage others to do likewise.

Whatever a person’s position within the company, there will always be some way to contribute and help to make the world a better place.
